Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing with 48-hour turnaround
- Perform monthly reconciliations and variance analysis for key accounts
- Prepare weekend financial reports and executive summaries
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless workflow continuity
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Support weekend client inquiries and vendor communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday, 6 AM-4 PM)
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
