Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial close processes and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for capital projects
- Create rolling forecasts and annual budgets aligned with strategic goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor financial performance
- Present findings to C-suite executives via executive dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational efficiency initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
