- Conduct variance analysis and implement process optimization initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and SOX requirements
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and modeling techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial modeling software
- Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Florida CPA license or actively pursuing certification
