Responsibilities
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial close processes and variance analysis
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis for strategic initiatives
- Present financial insights to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Optimize working capital and cost reduction strategies
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency and data visualization skills
- SAP/Oracle ERP system expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
