Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analysis for M&A and investment opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and variance reports with actionable insights
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for diverse industry clients
- Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize capital allocation and risk management
- Collaborate with executive teams to present complex financial concepts clearly
- Utilize SQL and Power BI to transform raw data into strategic dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate or advisory role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CFA/CPA) highly valued
