Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to C-suite executives
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for investment portfolios
- Prepare detailed reports on market trends, risk assessments, and ROI analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial reviews and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial policies
- Mentor junior analysts and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven experience with portfolio valuation and risk assessment
- Excellent presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Experience in investment banking or asset management preferred
