Responsibilities
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic business decisions
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with executive summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget planning and expense optimization
- Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to inform financial strategies
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights
