Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with weekend transaction processing and reconciliation
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Support internal audits and compliance checks with weekend documentation review
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team via digital platforms for seamless workflow
- Implement weekend-specific financial controls and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel with advanced functions
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error transaction processing
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and weekend reconciliation protocols
