Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and bank reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable with high accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
