- Manage and maintain the general ledger and financial records with precision.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for stakeholder review.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and internal audits to identify discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance filings.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and monitor the annual budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role (3+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
