Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor inquiries and payment terms
- Implement and optimize accounts payable workflows
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems
- Support audits and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with high-volume payment processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
