Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations including accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions with high accuracy.
- Enter and categorize financial transactions into QuickBooks or Xero.
- Prepare weekly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for client documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
