Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external audit processes
- Develop and implement financial controls to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using NetSuite and Excel
- Provide strategic insights through variance analysis and trend reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience managing audit processes and financial controls
