Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Collaborate with auditors during external financial examinations
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX
- Support tax planning and preparation for corporate clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting software
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP compliance and financial controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with tech startups or venture-backed companies
