Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CFO and other departments to provide financial insights and support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Experience: 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (Advanced), and ERP systems.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- License: CPA certification is a plus but not mandatory for this immediate hire position.
