Responsibilities
- Process and verify a high volume of invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage weekend cash disbursements and banking activities.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate records in AP software and ERP systems.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
