Responsibilities
- Process and verify a high volume of invoices for accuracy, coding, and approval.
- Perform Purchase Order (PO) matching and resolve any billing discrepancies or variances.
- Handle vendor inquiries regarding payment status and invoice details efficiently.
- Reconcile credit card statements and bank transactions for the weekend closing.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end financial reports and accruals.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audit compliance.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company financial policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday or Sunday/Monday).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain 100% data accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
