Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for assigned client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with weekend-specific deadlines
- Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing procedures
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Collaborate with tax department on weekend tax documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) a significant plus
