Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with precision and timeliness
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Manage payment cycles and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to resolve payment issues
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP) for transaction processing
- Adhere to internal controls and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 3 years of accounts payable processing experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Strong attention to detail with 10-key by touch certification
- Experience with weekend shift work preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
