Responsibilities
- Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes with 100% accuracy.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and general ledger journal entries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Process payroll for night shift and day shift employees using ADP or similar platforms.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and audit trails.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and local accounting standards.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote/night shift environment.
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM).
