Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial reporting and reconciliation for the weekend period.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with precision.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Process payroll and handle tax documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with the core finance team to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in general ledger accounting and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
