Responsibilities
- Manage end-of-week financial reconciliation and reporting.
- Process and verify weekly payroll for all weekend staff.
- Review and reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Maintain accurate records for accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
