Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with weekend-specific deadlines
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Execute weekly payment runs and maintain accurate payment logs
- Collaborate with global teams during weekend handovers for continuity
- Optimize AP processes using SAP and NetSuite systems
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Support month-end closing activities on Saturdays
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Weekend availability with ability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Strong understanding of 3-way matching and procurement cycles
- Relevant accounting certification (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Experience with international payment processing
