Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations for multi-corporate accounts using QuickBooks Online
- Process AP/AR transactions and payroll adjustments during off-peak hours
- Generate monthly financial statements for executive review
- Monitor bank feeds and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Support audit preparation with organized documentation
- Collaborate with international teams during overnight market shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and accounting software
- BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail with error rates <0.5%
