- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records weekly
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial summaries
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Manage client invoicing and collections schedules
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions for data analysis
- Maintain strict compliance with GAAP and financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 5 PM)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
