Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collections.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Update and maintain accurate billing records and documentation in our CRM system.
- Assist in month-end close processes and ad-hoc financial reporting.
- Identify and resolve billing errors to prevent revenue leakage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or collections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with billing software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in large datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
