Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex monthly billing cycles for enterprise clients
- Manage accounts receivable, collections, and credit memos
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms and pricing discrepancies
- Generate monthly financial reports and aging analysis
- Implement billing process improvements using Salesforce and NetSuite
- Resolve client billing inquiries within SLA timeframes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/receivables experience in a tech/SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606) compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
