Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with weekend deadlines
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Process bi-weekly payroll for weekend-shift employees
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with department heads on weekend financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun 8AM-4PM)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Proven ability to meet tight weekend deadlines
