Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance for the weekend.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable invoices and manage accounts receivable collections.
- Prepare and analyze weekly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit support.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of general accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
