Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, FCPA)
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance gaps
- Prepare detailed reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Train staff on compliance policies and regulatory updates
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on compliance initiatives
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective action plans
- Stay current with evolving regulatory landscapes in healthcare/finance sectors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience in regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 37001, COSO)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and communicate clearly
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification a plus
- Proficient in compliance software (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream)
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership
