Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes (e.g., FINRA, SEC, AML) to ensure organizational compliance
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across financial operations
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Liaise with legal, audit, and management teams on compliance matters
- Maintain detailed documentation of compliance activities and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience in financial services
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or similar certification preferred
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., ComplyAdvantage, OnBase)
