Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Conduct detailed bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are accurate and timely.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation support.
- Reconcile vendor invoices and manage accounts payable workflows.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) as required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation preferred.
