Responsibilities
- Perform high-accuracy financial reconciliations and balance sheet preparations.
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable transactions for weekend operations.
- Generate weekly financial reports and variance analysis for management.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Review and audit expense reports and invoices for accuracy.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
