Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Perform month-end closing procedures including reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for executive review
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Support tax filing processes and quarterly reporting deadlines
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate with weekday team on seamless financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Exceptional attention to detail with error prevention focus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm)
