Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Manage payment processing and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and Concur systems
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Adhere to SOX compliance and internal controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expertise in SAP, Concur, and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM PST) and strong time management
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Experience handling multi-currency transactions
- AP certification (e.g., CAPP) preferred
