Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and month-end closing reports
- Execute electronic payments and maintain payment records
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX controls
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance required
- AP or CERP certification preferred
