Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend transactions using QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless financial operations
- Assist in tax preparation and documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Experience with month-end closing processes
