Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with weekend-specific transaction volumes
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements using QuickBooks Online
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and variance reporting
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Maintain organized financial records with strict confidentiality protocols
- Collaborate with weekday accounting teams for seamless financial operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
