Responsibilities
- Execute weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze weekend financial reports for Monday team handoff
- Manage weekend payroll processing and tax compliance
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and transaction monitoring
- Support month-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Assist with weekend audit preparations and documentation
- Maintain accurate weekend financial records in QuickBooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm)
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Colorado tax regulations
