Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and weekend transaction processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements and weekend reconciliation reports
- Execute weekend payroll processing and tax compliance verification
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and weekend account audits
- Support month-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with finance team on weekend financial analysis projects
- Ensure weekend compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
