Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend transaction batches with 100% accuracy
- Prepare month-end financial statements and balance sheets
- Manage accounts payable/receivable for weekend operations
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Generate weekly financial reports for senior management
- Collaborate with weekday accounting teams on seamless transitions
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance understanding
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-5PM)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
