Responsibilities
- Execute weekend financial transactions and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing
- Conduct weekend payroll support functions
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- QuickBooks and Excel proficiency required
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Weekend availability essential
- Ability to work independently
