- Prepare financial statements and compliance documentation
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing
- Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial data using accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial reporting
- Support tax preparation and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP software expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun 7am-3pm)
