Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements including balance sheets and income reports
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures with journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Assist in audit preparations and compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
