Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions with 99% accuracy
- Prepare month-end closing reports and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Manage client invoicing and collections for weekend operations
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/IRS regulations
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team for seamless workflow integration
- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
