Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and reporting cycles
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Conduct ad-hoc financial investigations and operational efficiency studies
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear data visualizations and narratives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and capital allocation
- Optimize financial processes through automation and technological solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VBA, PivotTables, Advanced Formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
