Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional service for deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
- Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products

- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalate complex issues
- Support branch operations through document processing and record maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling
