Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service via in-person and digital channels
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Adhere to compliance regulations and security protocols
- Support branch operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and digital tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in remote setting
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA, AML)
- Valid driver's license for occasional branch visits
