Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and create actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop detailed financial models and forecasts for capital projects exceeding $50M
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocation and cost controls
- Prepare monthly variance reports with root-cause analysis and mitigation strategies
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including MDD due diligence and feasibility studies
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and streamline financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in hospitality/real estate
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Power BI
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC filings, and internal control frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into executive presentations
- Experience with Oracle Financials or comparable ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
