Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and tax filings for weekend-eligible employees
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized digital financial records in QuickBooks
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Generate custom financial reports for client meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Oregon tax regulations
- Weekend availability (Saturday-Sunday, 8am-5pm)
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
